Our names are Conrad & Johanne Niesten and we run
Hank's Farm Market that has been in our family for many years.
Our season runs from Mother's Day Weekend to Christmas
Hank's Farm Market is open 7 days a week
Serving the community every Saturday morning, we fill up our trailer,
while produce is in season and head for the Cape Breton Farmers' Market.
This way, the local residents of Sydney and surrounding areas can acquire
the freshest vegetables available without driving the extra distance.
Up to now, we have been selling a wide assortment of fresh local vegetables,
and this year we opened a nursery and plan to have our bedding plants and
hanging baskets ready for Mother's Day weekend.
Products for sale include a wide assortment of farm vegetables grown on the farm,
fresh daily bakery products and lots more!
