Soaring Sisters Enterprises Co-operative

Soaring Sisters Enterprises Co-operative is a Women's Co-operative
whose mandate is to provide greater opportunity for all women in
Cape Breton to partake in the social, public, and private economies.

They operate a catering business, a canteen at the Gaelic College in Baddeck,
provide Administrative Services to businesses, and deliver a certified
communication program, titled Smart Talk.

They have only been in operation since Aug. 2000,
yet have already learned a great deal through their experiences.
